Job Description

Talis Group’s client is the leading industrial design build company in the agricultural industry in business for over 50 years and growing. Company is hiring a Sr. Project Manager for their office located in the Jonesboro, Arkansas area. Position will work with the customer and oversee the project from concept to construction.  This fast- growing company recently opened a new location and continues to have excellent opportunities across the U.S. with very large repeat customers, giving this position room for growth.  The company also has great culture and long tenured employees to prove it.  Company offers full benefit package, including retirement, and generous bonus opportunity.

Highlighted Duties:

  • Position will have full oversight of construction projects from concept to build
  • Work with the team to provide accurate project estimates for the customer
  • Develop bid packages and Statement of Work for subcontractors and suppliers
  • Develop and manage project schedules
  • Responsible for project layout and field measurements
  • Create project drawings, shop drawings, flow diagrams, and 3D modeling
  • Update as-built drawings and assist with project close-out documents
  • Occasional travel required to construction site

Job Requirements

  • B.S. in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred, but not required
  • Experience in Industrial Construction required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project
  • Proficient in AutoCAD
  • Experience with Inventor or similar 3D modeling program preferred, but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
