A Talis Group client is seeking to hire a Sales / Customer Service Administrator. This is a ‘direct hire’ position.

  • Assist customers in placing their orders and input order into the system accurately
  • Help team to organize orders and ensure proper fulfillment 
  • Respond to customer inquiries, correct issues and ensure proper communication and follow-up
  • Maintain customer service records with accuracy, keeping up with pricing, contracts, specifications, etc.
  • Coordinate with quality and production departments
  • Prepare shipping paperwork and schedule shipments, both domestic and international

Job Requirements


  • Experience in manufacturing environment
  • 4 years of related experience
  • Must have working knowledge of SAP
  • Experience working with logistics and inventory
  • Must have the ability to work with many different people, be personable and detail oriented
  • Spanish, a plus
  • Some periodic travel involved
