This position will represent leading technology giants, protecting their assets from development through licensing and maturity. Job Requirements

Highlighted Duties:

  • Effectively manage, prioritize and complete all position responsibilities
  • Involve all aspects of patent law with particular emphasis on client counseling, evaluating patent validity and infringement issues, application drafting, worldwide patent filing and prosecution
  • Perform extensive critical reviews of patent applications, patent amendments, patent opinions, and patent litigation briefs for technical accuracy and full protection of company inventions
  • Prepare and prosecute patent applications
  • Educate clients on patent and intellectual property law
  • Work closely with the technology team to ensure optimum work flow

Highlighted Requirements

  • Kentucky License or UBE transferrable scores
  • Must have Engineering, Computer Science or Physics undergrad
  • Must either have the Patent Bar or be eligible to quickly obtain it.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in Patent and IP law
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and teams across the U.S.
  • Must be a self-starter with ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
