This growing company with a strong Lean culture is hiring an IT Manager that will be located in their corporate office in Southern Indiana / Louisville, KY area. This hands-on position will lead and direct all of the technology systems and infrastructure. This growing and progressive company offers family culture, solid benefit package and salary. Job Requirements

Highlighted Duties:

  • Identify and present case for any current technology gaps and issues
  • Develop a plan for future systems and technology needs
  • Develop strategic plan and budget for technology
  • Lead, mentor and develop IT staff and outside contractors, ensuring company goals are met
  • Manage and direct IT staff work load
  • Manage all aspects of ERP system including issue resolution, procedural changes, data updates, system updates and maintenance
  • Administer EDI process including software configurations, transaction mapping, testing and reporting.
  • Oversee and improve IT helpdesk operations
  • Ensure current infrastructure and systems are maintained consistently and efficiently
  • Oversee IT project timelines and budgets
  • Manage cloud-based software migration
  • Manage all hardware, software, telecommunications and security development plans, projects and policies
  • Monitor overall performance, ensuring optimum costs, efficiencies and reliability
  • Communicate well with all departments and field personnel to ensure systems and equipment are functional

Highlighted Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in technology or related fields
  • 8+ years of IT experience, prefer Manufacturing or Engineering field
  • Proven ability to develop strong relationships across all levels of the company
  • Must have ERP and EDI experience
  • Strong database management and advanced SQL report writing
  • High level of communication skills with the ability to translate technical information to field and management levels
  • Skilled at planning, organizing and implementing IT projects
  • Proven ability to lead and direct staff
