Company is looking for a talented and professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO at a growing and expanding company. Position reports to the CEO and maintains CEO’s schedule, drafts documents, conducts research, arranges events, maintains files/records and supports Board of Directors as needed. Job Requirements

Highlighted Duties:

•         Oversees CEO’s correspondence, including drafting documents, analyzing information and communicating responses

•         Maintains CEO’s calendar (planning/scheduling meetings, conferences, calls and travel)

•         Provides support to Board of Directors; prepares and distributes Board packets

•         Attends Board and Committee meetings

•         Coordinates events, including annual dinner

•         Responsible for filing system, maintaining records and retrieving needed information

•         Resolves administrative inquiries and questions directed to the CEO’s office

•         Helps to build an organizational culture in line with company values and business priorities

Highlighted Requirements:

•         Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience

•         2+ years’ experience in administrative services providing support to senior management

•         Business writing and proofreading experience (reports, correspondence, procedural documents)

•         Fundamental accounting skills needed for calculating commissions and interest

•         Excellent written, oral, listening, presentation, influence, and interpersonal skills

•         Experience working with employees in multiple departments and vendors

•         Must have exceptional time management, problem solving and critical thinking skills

•         Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel

•         Motivated and flexible individual who likes variety in daily work and getting things done
