Job Description

Talis Group’s client is an industry leader in custom design and manufacturing of point of purchase displays.  This company has successfully attracted several large national clients and has been growing over the past few years.  Company is in need of an eCommerce Manager for their Louisville, KY location.  This position will manage storefront projects, work flow and resources.  This is a customer facing position and an opportunity to build a dynamic team.  Company has an award-winning customer centric culture with strong continuous improvement focus.  The salary range is $60-$80k

Job Requirements

Highlighted Duties:

  • Lead coach and direct a dynamic team of developers
  • Ensure company productivity and quality objectives are met
  • Work closely with customers and internal departments to meet customer needs
  • Responsible for all storefront projects from initial client specifications to delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
  • Manage the work flow and resources for optimum efficiency
  • Assist with new product strategy and budgets
  • Identify and develop upgrades to customer sites as needed
  • Resolve customer issues
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement activities to drive efficiencies

 Highlighted Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing eCommerce projects
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Information Technology or other similar disciplines
  • Experience in the printing industry preferred
  • Must have knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Must have ability to lead and coach a team
  • Seeking candidate with strong project management skills
