Job Description

Talis Group’s client is a managed services company that efficiently implements and handles waste management and recycling programs on a national scale. They want to hire someone to facilitate and manage work order requests. This position is in Louisville, KY, is full time, and the hours are 8am-5pm Monday through Friday.  Benefits are offered. An offer is contingent on an acceptable criminal background check.   Company is growing rapidly and eager to have someone join their small yet lively work family.

Job Requirements

Highlighted Duties:

  • Manage electronic work order requests for large client with multiple locations that cover a multi-state area. Will be responding to their waste removal and recycling needs for all locations, including dispatching the correct vendors/ suppliers to the location. Then closing out the request when completed, ensuring needs were met.
  • Will communicate with client and supply chain via multiple channels, phone, fax, email, etc.
  • Utilize customer service skills, professional communication and organization skills to manage the process with success.

Highlighted Requirements:

  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills are required. Testing will be required for consideration. Position will require the ability to work with multiple software programs such as Microsoft 365, Excel, and industry specific software.
  • Previous experience dispatching, customer service, account management, supply chain, or administrative background needed.
  • This position will require a professional and friendly demeanor to properly manage work order requests and supply chain/ vendors at a high level of service.
  • Good organization and troubleshooting skills are needed.
