This is a key position that will join their Water Resource Group oversee projects related to municipal, storm or waste water development in the Indianapolis or Southern Indiana / Louisville, KY region. Job Requirements

Highlighted Duties:

  • Responsible for design, engineering and coordination of projects water projects for municipal, commercial or industrial land use
  • Oversee and manage project team including engineers and designers
  • Work closely with clients and other team members to ensure project specifications and timelines are met
  • Read and evaluate site plans to ensure compliance with all city, state and federal regulations
  • Review project budget estimates and ensure projects are on time and within budget
  • Responsible for proposal development and scope of work
  • Prepare bidding documents for municipal public works projects

Highlighted Requirements:

  • Must have degree in Civil Engineering
  • Prefer active P.E. license, but not required 
  • Must have 3+ years of experience in water projects and land development
  • Must be very knowledgeable of restrictions for roadway, storm water, building permits, etc.
  • Must have very strong communication skills and experience making presentations to government entities
